COLO-2300D painting reciprocator designed for continuous and uniform painting in automatic production line.
It moves in precise speeds & stroke length to suit conveyor speed & object height
This 2 axis painting reciprocator allows fore-and-aft movement to automatically leave or enter the spray booth in order to fit the width of object, thus complex shape pieces can get optimized spraying distance.
Besides, it provides easy operation during when cleaning the spray booth while the reciprocator can be moved out automatically.
1. Controlled by latest digital AC frequency & microprocessor based PLC, flexibilely for speed and stroke adjusting.
2. Linear guide rail reciprocator ensures precise movement in required stroke, reducing powder consumption.
3. A user-riendly touching screen enables you to easily set every parameters, and allows 80 storage programs.
4. The sturdy mechnical structure is balanced for carrying maximum 24pcs spray guns with high reliability
5. Able to carry up to 24pcs spray guns, scroll up and down with a belt drive, features smooth jitter-free running with low noise and less wear-resistance.
